Their service is excellent. Chris responded to my call and said he would be at the airport to pick up my luggage within 30 minutes, and he reached on time. I had a stopover at Melbourne airport as I was traveling to New Zealand, and I had no hesitation in contacting them. Highly recommended!

Wow! BagBoyz took so much stress and worry out of my day. I came to Melbourne for the F1, and my flight home was the same night as the Grand Prix. They picked my bag up at 7 in the morning, told me a rough outline of what the process of picking my bag up would be (where they confirmed which terminal I was departing from). During the day I got two updates, one about where they would be exactly at the airport, and another when they had to change the location due to the busyness of the airport. At pick up time, I let them know I was here and they called me so I knew where to go for my bag. Picked it up and off I went! So much easier than using a storage locker at a station, or bringing the bag with me to the GP.

Chris has a very clear focus on providing exemplary customer service and it really is impressive. I left some luggage with Chris for a few weeks while travelling and had absolutely no qualms at all. The whole process including pick-up and drop-off could not have been easier and communication throughout was excellent. There are many businesses that would benefit from studying Chris's business model and developing their own customer-focused culture and the type of service that makes BagBoyz a real pleasure to deal with.

A great service: picked up our bags from an Airbnb in the morning and dropped them off at the airport terminal in the evening. Chris messaged to say he was arriving early to pick up, including an oversized case, and flexible with the drop-off time at the airport- when we were a bit early. Bagboyz was a breeze to book, made our day so much easier, and both the communication and timeliness was impeccable. Thank you!

Fabulous service, such a good idea as there are very few places to store luggage in Melbourne CBD if you want to be luggage free.I messed up the booking but the company were still able to help us out with very little notice.Our luggage was picked up from our accommodation and then delivered to Melbourne airport later the same day, enabling us to enjoy an extra day in Melbourne luggage free.Such a friendly, reliable service!

Awesome idea and service! Dropped off 3 large luggage and head for a road trip! Once we are done just meet at the specific location and time to pick up the bag again! Chris was early on both drop off and pick up! Even shared his live location to let us know where to meet him!

All worked exactly as planned. Bags were collected at Station Pier Melbourne early in the morning after disembarking our cruise. We spent the day in Melbourne luggage free and met BagBoys at the airport with our luggage at the prearranged time. Perfect! Booking and payment was easy. Will use again when in Melbourne. Fabulous service! This was an amazing service! Picked up our bags at checkout time in the morning from our Airbnb, then delivered them right to to airport doors when we got there in the afternoon. Fantastic Service highly yecommenf This is a fantastic service and Chris so helpful. Our 0630 flight was canceled at 2230 previous night. Texted Chris to advise and he was great and met us next day at our new arrival time. Stayed at an Airbnb in city so great to have bags looked after until we checked in at 1700. Also pick up smooth and on time. Our departure again not until 2000 so great to get rid of luggage, have it looked after and then dropped to us at airport. Such a great service…. Will be recommending to friends!

Amazing Service! Booked a last minute pickup in the morning and an hour later, Chris was waiting outside our AirBnb to grab our luggage. Walked to the pickup spot we designated in the afternoon and Chris was already there waiting for us, took all the stress out of travelling and allowed us to enjoy our last day in Melbourne! Amazing service with Bag Boyz. We had a late flight and couldn't find a suitable luggage storage option that would allow us to make the most of the day so we ended up deciding to give this a try even though it was a bit expensive since we had 4 bags. Did not regret it for a second. Chris was super professional and the whole experience was easy and smooth. He got our bags to the airport safe and on time.

Our family were staying in Melb and need to go for few days to Syd. I've been searching in the internet for a solution of our luggages since we have six of them and will only take three of them. I found Bagboyz and it's really convenient, clear price quote and very easy to book. Response time on further enquiries also fast, very on time (or even early) on pick up and drop off. Flew from the UK and decided to take a short trip to Sydney before settling in Melbourne so while looking up ways to store luggage at the airport we found bagboyz which was cheaper and super convenient as they picked up and dropped off where and when we wanted. Chris was great and took great care of our luggage.

Impeccable Service

We used the BagBoyz to store our bike boxes while we went into Melbourne city for a few nights. Fantastic stress free service- pickup from the airport domestic terminal and delivery to the international went really smoothly- no logging round bike boxes and we would not have been able to take them on sky bus. I will use again.

We're extremely delighted with BagBoyz Luggage Storage. We had a short trip from Melbourne to Tasmania and needed to leave our four suitcases for a few days. Chris from BagBoyz came through and picked up our luggage from our apt at 5 am (unbelievable) as we were heading to the airport. He then met us a the airport when we returned. Keeping our luggage with BagBoyz was actually lower in price and more convenient than taking them to a storage in town. I highly recommend BagBoyz! Thank you Chris for the outstanding service! 🙏

I don't say this often in reviews but I whole heatedly recommend this business and everything it has to offer. I just happen stance found it by luck but ... Chris saved me Soo much trouble. He picks your bags up at your location and drops it off at the terminal you are located. He communicates better than any business I know and also seems to care that your trip went well. I wish he was available everywhere I travel. If you have heavy bags and... Traveling via air b and b where they don't store your bags for you... Bagboyz is the way to go.

Chris gave my friend and I a very easy experience. Texted the night before with an enquire to pick up our luggage as we were moving from one b&b to another and had lots of heavy luggage on us. He arrived nice and early the next day as expected and even dropped our luggage off early as I texted saying we checked in earlier. Will be using again!

Great service. Friendly, prompt and reasonably priced.We booked to store our bags the night before we we due to fly. Chris came to our accommodation, early in the morning, he was spot on time. Kept our bags and met up as the airport 6 hours later. Everything in perfect order. Freed us up to enjoy our day.Sound guy and great service. Really recommend.

Made the decision to leave 2 of our bags with Chris from BagBoyz for 4 days when we zipped off to Sydney. One of the best decisions we made - saved us a lot of hassle. Service was top notch and Chris was very easy to reach via WhatsApp. He even accommodated a request to change our drop off location. Highly recommend this service for picking up and storing your luggage in Melbourne! We couldn’t check into our room until after 3pm but we were going to watch a footy game at the MCG at 3.20pm so organised for our luggage to be picked up at 11.30am and dropped off to same location at 7pm. Flexible with time changes too with prior notice. Will definitely use this service next time we’re in Melbourne. Super helpful and friendly too 🙂

We could not be happier with this very convenient service. Service was excellent and very prompt, from booking through to delivery of our luggage at the airport. After staying in an Air BnB in Melb we needed to store our luggage for a late flight, BagBoyz were an excellent service which allowed us to enjoy our last day in Melb without worrying about carting suitcases around with us. We disembarked ship in Melbourne 9.30am but had late 6pm flight. Booked Bag Boyz online who picked up bags at Station Pier and delivered to airport at 4.15pm (time we chose) so we could go to Melbourne markets and buy some fun personalised swag. Cost $54 for 2 checked bags, includes pick up, chosen time drop off, personalised service & recommendations from Chris (owner of business). Wow! Stoked with service, fully recommend, will pick up/drop off - hotels, cruise port, intl & dom airport. Great job! Thanks

What an incredible little business. Chris picked up and dropped off our bags on time giving us the whole day to wander around Melbourne luggage free. He immediately put our minds at rest when we met him so I didn’t think twice about leaving our stuff with him. He gave us transport tips and even after he dropped our stuff in the evening he sent me the link to the public transport app. It’s not often you get 5 star service these days - this was simply exceptional.
