Fantastic service I did not know existed. BagBoyz picked up from the front door of my hotel, looked after my bags all day and delivered them to the airport. Could not recommend this service more highly!

We didn’t know that a service like this existed until we needed it…. & the service was fabulous! The Bag Boyz picked up our luggage from our Air BnB (so that we could enjoy our last day in Melbourne) & delivered our luggage to the airport on time. We will definitely use this service again on our next trip & highly recommend The Bag Boyz to anyone needing this convenience. Thanks Bag Boyz!

Chris gave my friend and I a very easy experience. Texted the night before with an enquire to pick up our luggage as we were moving from one b&b to another and had lots of heavy luggage on us. He arrived nice and early the next day as expected and even dropped our luggage off early as I texted saying we checked in earlier. Will be using again!

Everything was perfect, Chris was super easy to communicate with, was flexible with the pick up and drop off time even though it was a busy day with the Grand Prix on in Melbourne. Would definitely book with him again.

Only booked for one pick up/drop-off with Chris but definitely wish I had booked with him when I arrived in Melbourne! Chris was punctual, friendly, and very helpful from minute one of interaction. He was very flexible to any needs, even leaving detailed instructions on meet up points and what to do when at the airport. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy my last day in Melbourne without the hassle of heaving luggage around. Highly recommend and a fantastic option over traditional luggage storage. Thanks Chris for making my last day stress free and one to remember!

I cannot recommend this service enough. You can pay to lug your suitcases around to one of the other luggage storage places OR you can pay (a very reasonable price) to have your luggage conveniently picked up and returned to you when you need it, on your terms. Chris could not have been more helpful and, like I said, I cannot recommend this service enough. The hundreds of 5 star google reviews do not lie. Thanks so much for making our travels so much easier.

Fantastic service. Friendly and helpful staff. They pick your bags up at your door and drop off at the airport at your nominated time. No waiting which is a bonus in the cold. Refunded money for dropping off one less bag which was super nice. Definitely recommend. A++++++

BagBoyz. BagBoyz was a lifesaver getting out luggage to and from our Airbnb from the airport. Our driver was great and so helpful. Definitely recommend them!
