Good value, friendly and responsive.

I Booked a day beforehand to have my luggage picked up from my bnb since check out time was 11am - my flight wasn't till 11pm in the night; my booking was immediately confirmed which allowed me to sleep stress-free. Chris arrived earlier than the timeslot I selected which worked out great for me, it allowed me to have some more time to explore. I even arrived at the airport before check in time - much more earlier than I expected. I sent a quick text to Chris asking whether he could drop off my bags early and he did without an extra fee which is so rare nowadays. Thank you so much Chris for your awesome customer service, punctuality and kind attitude! I really do appreciate it, I'm looking forward to booking again with you next time I'm in Melbourne. I also definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants a no hassle experience especially if you have an overpacked/heavy suitcase like me that you don't like dragging around 😀 Again, thank you Chris!

BAGBOYZ is a great solution to getting the most out of stay - I know I saved hours dealing with where to put my luggage because BAGOYZ comes to you (and I had only booked an hour in advance!!!!). I also know I avoided becoming exhausted carrying heavy luggage. Luggage can really take the fun out of a short trip! Even one small heavy bag can be a drag. Chris was early to meet on both collect and drop off time. He picked up the phone within seconds when I called, and was very pleasant to deal with. You know you are dealing with a person of integrity! Faultless service!!

Great service. Very flexible and on time. Chris does a great job and all at short notice. So on time he pulled up directly behind our Uber at the airport with all our bags in tact and with a smile 😊 👍

Only booked for one pick up/drop-off with Chris but definitely wish I had booked with him when I arrived in Melbourne! Chris was punctual, friendly, and very helpful from minute one of interaction. He was very flexible to any needs, even leaving detailed instructions on meet up points and what to do when at the airport. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy my last day in Melbourne without the hassle of heaving luggage around. Highly recommend and a fantastic option over traditional luggage storage.
