More than thankful to have stumbled across this when I was searching for a luggage transportation services! Chris responded to my queries promptly despite the website having ongoing maintenance and helped me confirm the slots swiftly. He was being responsive and helpful throughout and I literally just needed to show up on time for the luggage pickup/drop off! Will definitely choose Bagboyz again whenever I’m in Melbourne!

Smoothest luggage service ever! Chris was on-time, kept us updated on his location, and super friendly. Felt like we scored an extra day on our trip! Will definitely be using again.

Great service and value for money. Chris picked up our bag from the AB&B in the morning and meet us at the airport before our evening flight. This allowed us to see the city and shop without dragging the bag around all day. Very happy with the service and totally recommend BagBoyz when in Melbourne.

Best baggage storage service! Will pick up from your place and drop at any designation that you wanted. Had to change my drop off timing last minute and Chris who is the owner was super nice and polite to agree without even charging me a cent. It is even cheaper than airport baggage storage and best of all are the service and prompt reply! Will definitely use them again!

A very convenient and reliable service!

We had an excellent experience with this company. They went above and beyond to ensure we had our luggage and were incredibly flexible, trustworthy, and professional. BagBoyz were both accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend their service!

Chris and the team are amazing! I won’t be coming to Melbourne again without using them, reliable and super easy to use with great communication and picked up our bags from the door of our Air B&B. Thanks so much Chris you made the transition from accommodation to airport stress free. See you again when we return.

Friendly, reliable, trustworthy. Super useful and stress free.

Really handy and amazing service. Chris was really helpful and accommodating; making the pick up, drop off and everything really easy. Having this service allowed me to enjoy Melbourne without having to carry my bag around or worry about my bag's safety (e.g., lockers with bad reviews). I recommend BagBoyz 100%.

Wow, what an absolutely outstanding service Chris is running. It couldn’t have been easier to arrange and we had absolutely zero luggage stress while we took ourselves off for some sightseeing and lunch on our final day in Melbourne. Chris was super punctual, even a little early, to pick up our bags from our Airbnb at checkout time. When our flight got cancelled and rebooked on another airline Chris was able to change the drop off time at the airport to accommodate our new check in time. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Chris again to look after our bags.

I would definitely recommend BagBoyz. I had a morning checkout but my flight wasn’t leaving until late in the evening and I didn’t want to spend the day with my suitcase! The service was very professional - my bag was picked up and dropped off at the requested times, it was very clearly explained to me where exactly at the airport the drop off would take place and the communication was excellent throughout. Very convenient and reliable service.

Great service! Super easy, super reliable. We had our bags picked up, stored all day and dropped at the airport. Very helpful!

Good value, friendly and responsive.

Great service! Would highly recommend if you’re ever in Melbourne and have some time to kill but don’t want to lug your bags around with you. Chris was friendly and helpful and the service was prompt and efficient, there was not a lot of other options available so we were very happy to find Bag Boyz! I would suggest they upgrade their website to make it more user friendly, we had trouble booking it online but a phone call to Chris and it was all sorted, a business worth supporting!

Amazing service, Chris is always on time, so reliable. Highly recommend! It's great to be bag free during the day knowing your bags are in safe hands.

Chris arrived promptly (available early) for the bag collection and was also available earlier than scheduled airport drop off time. This avoided any stress, our bags were stored and delivered without issue. The bag storage meant that we avoided dragging our bags around for the last day of our holiday after checking out and making our way to the airport (especially with the unpredictable rain)!

The service provided was very professional and stress free. BagBoyz arrived early upon pickup and drop-off, pricing was extremely reasonable and saved a lot of headache. I'd be more than happy to use them again in the future.

BagBoyz was fabulous!! 100% reccomend. Fast, reliable and exceptional customer service.

This is an amazing service, it made my day a million times easier, and Chris is an absolutely top bloke, I can't rate this highly enough, I'll definitely book this every time I travel to Melbourne (I wish this was in every city).

Brilliant service. Reasonable price. Convenient collection and return, directly where we were (separate places). Peace of mind. Chris was on time and very courteous. Definitely recommend BagBoyz.

Absolutely amazing service! I scrambled to find a place to store my luggage while I travelled overseas for a few months, and I’m so happy I came across BagBoyz! Chris came to my place, picked up my luggage, and delivered it back to me when I returned home. Reliable company with very quick response time. I had no worries because I knew my luggage was kept safe! Chris, thank you again for storing my luggage for the last few months, 20/10 service! I cannot recommend this company enough. This is my to-go place for long term storage for now on!

Excellent service. Found them by luck as I was searching last minute online. It felt like you were dealing with a friend, no contact centre or anything. Very personal service. Well priced and highly recommended!!!

Service is awesome, I had an unexpected delay and the guys worked around me effortlessly.

This service is so great, Chris was lovely. Our flight in from Sydney was early but was tracked so they were ready to take our bags immediately. Chris even gave us so tips on how to get around Melbourne which was great. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service Chris provides! We flew from NZ to Melbourne then flying on to Asia for a couple of weeks then returning to Melbourne then onto Brisbane for an extended period of time. We only wanted to take minimum luggage to Asia so left other luggage in the care of Chris, Bag Boyz. He picked it up from our Hotel in the city on the date and time booked and met us at the airport at the time arranged between landing in Melbourne and our Brisbane flight. Great service and so easy. Better than lugging a big bag around Asia. Cheaper than Airport storage too! Thanks Chris! Regards Wendy & Brian

Great service. Very flexible and on time. Chris does a great job and all at short notice. So on time he pulled up directly behind our Uber at the airport with all our bags in tact and with a smile 😊 👍

Chris was a great help. Called last night & he explained how it worked, made for our last day in Melbourne so much easier. Thank you Chris

Amazing Service!
What a great concept, and SO WELL executed.
Was a little dubious about how well this would work and I hate messing around waiting for people etc. The guys were very flexible, communicative, friendly and professional.
We couldn't fault the service, or the way it was provided
10 out of 10 guys
Wonderful!

Had an amazing experience with BagBoyz. Chris came to us within 30 minutes of booking online and was so friendly and kind. This made it easier for us to explore Melbourne and not worry about our bags for the day. It was such a pleasant experience and highly recommend to anyone that has an early check-out or needs a bag service.

Fantastic service from Chris. Handled a late drop off time very professionally

Best service ever, I wish we had known about it on previous Melbourne trips!!! Chris arrived exactly on the agreed tome, sent us a quick text message to meet us in front of our Airbnb and took our bags in his van. Instead of worrying about where to store the luggage, we spent our last day cycling and in the afternoon took an Uber to the airport. As we arrived a bit before the agreed time, we sent Chris a text message and 5 minutes later, he arrived with our bags in front of the airport. I recommend this service without any hesitation and will use it for all my upcoming trips if needed. Thanks Chris, you are a true professional!!

We had a wonderful experience with BagBoyz! Their service was incredibly helpful throughout our holiday. The team was friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with.
My family and I didn’t have to worry about carrying our luggage while moving between different accommodations. It made our trip so much more comfortable and stress-free, allowing us to enjoy our holiday without the hassle of heavy bags.

Highly recommended for anyone traveling around Melbourne. Thank you for the excellent service!

Amazing Service! Booked a last minute pickup in the morning and an hour later, Chris was waiting outside our AirBnb to grab our luggage.

Walked to the pickup spot we designated in the afternoon and Chris was already there waiting for us, took all the stress out of travelling and allowed us to enjoy our last day in Melbourne!

Thanks again Chris, will definitely be using BagBoyz again!

We disembarked ship in Melbourne 9.30am but had late 6pm flight. Booked Bag Boyz online who picked up bags at Station Pier and delivered to airport at 4.15pm (time we chose) so we could go to Melbourne markets and buy some fun personalised swag. Cost $54 for 2 checked bags, includes pick up, chosen time drop off, personalised service & recommendations from Chris (owner of business). Wow! Stoked with service, fully recommend, will pick up/drop off - hotels, cruise port, intl & dom airport. Great job! Thanks

Great service, Chris was very responsive and everything ran like clockwork. Highly recommended.

This service was the best luggage storage and transportation experience we've had to date. With frequent travels, with tight itineraries, we've stored luggage all over the world. But nothing compares to the door-to-door service of the Bagboyz! Highly recommend if you are flying to other cities in Australia, but don't want to haul all of your luggage with you. Thanks again!

We used this service today- hotel check out-11am, Flight 1705, luggage check in time 1505. Wanting to avoid walking in rain etc, we opted to spend our remaining hours at the airport but the bags---- hello Bagboyz!! For $45, they collected our bag from the hotel, stored it until a prearranged drop off time! Yes, easey peasey, Chris was great, in communication with me as needed. If you need this service, then please look into these guys!Loved it

Really easy and efficient bag storage for a 2 month trip to Tasmania

We had such great service from Chris! He picked our luggage up at 530am so we could take an early flight to Tassie sans heavy luggage. He was already waiting when we dragged our luggage outside the building at 530, and already waiting when we arrived back to the airport a few days later. Storing our bags saved us so much $ and stress on our short trip to Tassie. We are very fortunate to have found the BagBoyz service!

Performance Punctuality Fulfilment Education Kindness Everything Perfect! thnks Chris

Highly recommend this service for picking up and storing your luggage in Melbourne! We couldn’t check into our room until after 3pm but we were going to watch a footy game at the MCG at 3.20pm so organised for our luggage to be picked up at 11.30am and dropped off to same location at 7pm. Flexible with time changes too with prior notice. Will definitely use this service next time we’re in Melbourne. Super helpful and friendly too 🙂

I would highly recommend this business. Chris was the consumate professional; excellent communication and faultless service. It took the stress out of the last day of our holiday. We would definitely use this service again!

Brilliant service. Reasonable price. Convenient collection and return, directly where we were (separate places). Peace of mind. Chris was on time and very courteous. Definitely recommend BagBoyz.

On our final day in Melbourne, faced with the challenge of checking out of our hotel at 11 a.m. with a flight not until later that night, we were unsure what to do with our luggage as we wanted to explore the city. That's when we stumbled upon BagBoyz through a quick Google search, and it turned out to be the best decision we made for our day. The convenience of having our luggage picked up from the hotel allowed us to enjoy a full day of sightseeing without the burden of carrying bags around. BagBoyz' professionalism was evident from start to finish. They kept us updated via WhatsApp, ensuring a smooth process and giving us peace of mind throughout the day. Their friendly and efficient service truly exceeded our expectations and made our last day in Melbourne memorable for all the right reasons. We highly recommend BagBoyz to anyone in need of a reliable and hassle-free luggage storage and transfer service! Thank you, Chris, for seamlessly handling our luggage transfer from the hotel to the airport. We greatly appreciate your excellent service!

Amazing service. Made it really easy for looking after our bags and delivering them to the airport between AirBnB checkout and when we needed to go to the airport. Fully recommend.

Fantastic Service - Your bags are in good hands Bag Boyz were excellent and saved me so much hassle. Their communication was fantastic and prompt. Perfect for when you arrive early and can't check into your hotel until the afternoon. They collected my luggage and were waiting 15 mins earlier for me at my hotel so I could venture out all day and enjoy myself before getting a late international flight.I arrived at the airport a little bit early and Bag Boyz turned up a few minutes early too so no waiting around or stressing. My stuff was well looked after and I will definitely be using them again when I visit Melbourne. Thanks Bag Boyz!

Best service ever. Such a great idea, it's ideal if you want to go for a trip where you don't need all your stuff. They were amazingly helpful and nice.

A great service. Pick up of bags at the hotel and then drop off at the airport terminals was super convenient and hassle free. A stress free way to get bags to the airport and spend the day around Melbourne!

Great service. Made the last day of our trip so much easier. Chris was excellent to deal with. Picked up our bags on time (was even a bit early!) and dropped them off at the airport right on time. It gave us a day without having to lug our bags around and was great value. Highly recommended! We will be using Bagboyz again.

Excellent is an understatement. Truly impressed with the work ethics and communication.

BagBoyz is a fantastic service, very professional, personable, flexible and accommodating (wherever possible) for unexpected changes in travel itineraries. They’re perfect for travellers and holiday arrivals or departures where you want to enjoy a day exploring your new surroundings, without your dragging luggage around with you before you check in or fly out. Thank you Chris for the awesome baggage service. On time pick up and delivery 100% recommended and trusted! 👌🏻 🏻

Amazing service, they went over and beyond and even had recommendations for our stay. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service and worth the price! Picked up our luggage in the morning from our airbnb, stored it for 12+ hours, and dropped it off straight at the airport terminal. Won’t find any deal better than this. Plus he was super nice and made sure we knew where to go for the airport. Definitely recommend and would book again!

Chris was amazing! 5 stars for sure - he made it so simple! Great communication, quick responses and he also gave great extra information about travel in Melb. Thanks and would 100% book again 💗💗

A very convenient and reliable service!

Great service on very short notice. Excellent value also.

Tldr: Excellent, swift and extraordinarily punctual service. Easy recommendation for anyone. We were staying in CBD but not due to go back home to the suburbs till later in the day and it was going to be very impractical to be carrying around our luggage all day. We came across the website and gave Chris a call. Not only was the booking process was straightforward with little to no hassle, I made a slight mistake in the timings of the booking but Chris was able to correct it rather quickly. Communication from both sides was open, and efficient. The whole system that you've setup just works marvelously Chris! Many thanks for your service today.

Amazing service, Chris was professional, helpful and polite. Highly recommend.
