BagBoyz. BagBoyz was a lifesaver getting out luggage to and from our Airbnb from the airport. Our driver was great and so helpful. Definitely recommend them!

Fantastic service from Chris. Lots of clear information for bag drop off ( he was there waiting for us). Super friendly and professional service at a very fair price. Would unreservedly recommend! Our pickup was from the cruise terminal for drop off at our apartment later in the day. Top bloke!

I Booked a day beforehand to have my luggage picked up from my bnb since check out time was 11am - my flight wasn't till 11pm in the night; my booking was immediately confirmed which allowed me to sleep stress-free. Chris arrived earlier than the timeslot I selected which worked out great for me, it allowed me to have some more time to explore. I even arrived at the airport before check in time - much more earlier than I expected. I sent a quick text to Chris asking whether he could drop off my bags early and he did without an extra fee which is so rare nowadays. Thank you so much Chris for your awesome customer service, punctuality and kind attitude! I really do appreciate it, I'm looking forward to booking again with you next time I'm in Melbourne. I also definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants a no hassle experience especially if you have an overpacked/heavy suitcase like me that you don't like dragging around 😀 Again, thank you Chris!

Awesome idea and service! Dropped off 3 large luggage and head for a road trip! Once we are done just meet at the specific location and time to pick up the bag again! Chris was early on both drop off and pick up! Even shared his live location to let us know where to meet him!

BagBoyz collected our luggage from the airbnb at checkout, then delivered our bags to the airport when we departed that evening. It meant we could relax and enjoy our last day in Melbourne without lugging our bags around. Perfect service and good value. I highly recommend BagBoyz.

Bag Boyz is the bees knees!! What a delightful experience: searched for luggage storage, found BagBoyz, booked in 5 minutes. Great website, great service and super fair price. Chris is a great communicator, courteous, professional, efficient and a great problem-solver. I appreciated his warmth, prompt service and helpful navigation tips for getting around the terminal.
