Absolutely amazing service! I scrambled to find a place to store my luggage while I travelled overseas for a few months, and I’m so happy I came across BagBoyz! Chris came to my place, picked up my luggage, and delivered it back to me when I returned home. Reliable company with very quick response time. I had no worries because I knew my luggage was kept safe! Chris, thank you again for storing my luggage for the last few months, 20/10 service! I cannot recommend this company enough. This is my to-go place for long term storage for now on!

The guy who helped us was really nice and he accommodated very well! The experience was great and convenient all the way through to dropping our bags off to picking it up in the airport! Great job, will pick them again when I visit Melbourne next time!

What an incredible little business. Chris picked up and dropped off our bags on time giving us the whole day to wander around Melbourne luggage free. He immediately put our minds at rest when we met him so I didn’t think twice about leaving our stuff with him. He gave us transport tips and even after he dropped our stuff in the evening he sent me the link to the public transport app. It’s not often you get 5 star service these days - this was simply exceptional.

Found Bag Boyz the day of us departing Melbourne. Really convenient, great communication. They came to the cafe we were at, then dropped our bags off at the airport for us later in the day. Their service is excellent. Chris responded to my call and said he would be at the airport to pick up my luggage within 30 minutes, and he reached on time. I had a stopover at Melbourne airport as I was traveling to New Zealand, and I had no hesitation in contacting them. Highly recommended!

Awesome service. Can't ask for more! Landed late at night, layover at the airport hotel for a domestic flight in the morning. Had two suitcases but needed to leave one in Melbourne and only take one up to Sydney. Searched and found these guys, booked online at 11:30pm, and Chris iMessaged me within minutes to confirm luggage pickup from hotel reception at 6:30am next morning. Had photos sent to me at pickup from hotel reception and drop off at the destination in a Melbourne suburb. Brilliant service. Great job Bagboyz!
