Walked to the pickup spot we designated in the afternoon and Chris was already there waiting for us, took all the stress out of travelling and allowed us to enjoy our last day in Melbourne!

Amazing Service! Booked a last minute pickup in the morning and an hour later, Chris was waiting outside our AirBnb to grab our luggage.
Walked to the pickup spot we designated in the afternoon and Chris was already there waiting for us, took all the stress out of travelling and allowed us to enjoy our last day in Melbourne!

Everything was so hassle free from the initial quote and booking right through to receiving our luggage back. Chris arrived early and offered to take our bags a bit earlier so we could make the most of our day. For the return of our luggage, we organised to meet Chris at the airport at 5pm and our Uber was 15 mins early. We got out of the Uber and Chris literally drove in at the same time the Uber drove off…..perfectly timed! Thanks Chris for making our last day such a breeze. We will definitely use Bag Boys on our next trip. Great value for money! read less

Chris arrived early and offered to take our bags a bit earlier so we could make the most of our day. We were staying in CBD but not due to go back home to the suburbs till later in the day and it was going to be very impractical to be carrying around our luggage all day. We came across the website and gave Chris a call. Not only was the booking process was straightforward with little to no hassle, I made a slight mistake in the timings of the booking but Chris was able to correct it rather quickly.
